What are the perks of being a RewardBee member?

RewardBee offers dozens of popular magazines (print and digital), discounts, coupons, app downloads and more! All redeemable with points you earn by completing our surveys. You choose how and when you spend your Points.

How do I become a RewardBee member?

Simply enroll by visiting new.rewardbee.com/account/register. All you need is a valid email address and password to get started. RewardBee is valid to U.S. Residents within the 50 United States only. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

How much does it cost to become a RewardBee member?

There is no cost to become a RewardBee member or to participate in our surveys. We reward YOU for completing surveys and other activities.

How do I access my RewardBee account?

Simply visit new.rewardbee.com/login and sign in with your email address and password you used to create your account. If you do not remember your password, click the ‘Reset your password’ link at sign-in.

Can I invite my friends and family members to join?

Our referral program will be available soon! Please check back later for more information. In the meantime, you can invite your friends and family members to Like and Follow us on Instagram and Facebook!

How do I redeem my Points?

You can redeem your points at the time you complete a survey. Or by visiting the ‘Redeem My Points’ page in your account. Reward quantities may be limited and are valid while supplies last.

Can I complete the same survey more than once?

No. Surveys can only be completed one time per account.

I am unable to verify the CAPTCHA in my survey.

Do my Points expire?

Your points never expire! Only if you decide to terminate your membership. This policy is subject to change in the future.

Can I transfer my Points to another account for a friend or family member?

Points are non-transferrable.

Can I redeem my Points for Cash?

Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for Cash.

Can I send a Reward as a gift to someone else?

You can send a Reward as a gift by inputting the name and address of the person you wish to send it to in the ‘Ship To’ fields of the redemption form.

What happens if the Magazine Reward I selected is no longer available?

Magazines are limited and are valid while supplies last. Substitutions may be provided for a Reward of similar content or Point value.

Can I redeem my Points for the same Magazine again?

Magazine Rewards are limited to 1 subscription per magazine, per household. There is a limit of 10 magazines per household.

I redeemed my Points for a Magazine and I have not received my subscription yet.

We can only send magazine subscriptions to mailing addresses that have been verified through our postal address verification system as VALID. Please allow 8-16 weeks from the redemption date to receive your first issue. If it has been longer than 16 weeks and you have not received your first issue, please Contact Us.

I did not receive an Instant Download link for my digital subscription.

If you did not receive a link in your Confirmation Email for Instant Access to your first issue, please Contact Us so we can provide you with a new link.

How do I terminate my account?

If you wish to terminate your account please Contact Us. RewardBee reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice. Terminating your account will result in loss of all Reward Points accrued that have not been redeemed. RewardBee accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged Rewards.

How do I reactivate my account?

How does RewardBee protect my privacy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information and opinions you provide allow for us to provide Rewards that meet your interests. This information also helps us generate new surveys and offers that are suitable for you. RewardBee sets privacy guidelines to protect your confidentiality. I am receiving your emails and/or a redeemed reward is being sent to me. Why?

RewardBee members are welcomed to share their rewards by gifting them to friends and family. It is highly possible someone you know is sending a Reward to you. If you are not interested in the Reward, let us know and we will be happy to cancel it for you.

RewardBee members are also welcomed and encouraged to refer their friends, family, co-workers etc. to sign up to become a member via our Referral Program. If you were referred to RewardBee, you will receive a welcome email letting you know who referred you. You must accept the invitation and sign up in order to become a member.

If you are receiving continuous promotional or confirmation emails and you did not sign up to become a member, please let us know. We will look into this for you right away and ensure your name, address and/or email is removed from all future mailings and promotions.
